Junior Engineer Academy (JIA) BGH and ŠGDMP school partnership
BGH / SGDMP
This journey gave us the chance to discover a new culture, learn about a different school system, and observe how our peers in Germany work and study. Through project activities, we learned from one another and built friendships that go beyond borders.
During our trip, we gained new knowledge about 3D printing, industrial production, and modern technologies. We learned how these innovations are used in real-world applications, while also developing collaboration skills through teamwork in an international environment.
During our exchange program, we took part in a variety of hands-on tasks that helped us develop new skills and explore modern technologies. Each activity encouraged teamwork, creativity, and practical problem-solving.
We designed and prepared 3D models using professional software, learning how digital concepts become real objects.
We explored different printing materials and settings to understand how they affect the final result.
Through trial and error, we improved our models and learned how to optimize them for production.
This project helped us connect theory with practice and discover the possibilities of modern manufacturing.
Through interactive workshops, we worked closely with our German partners, exchanging ideas and perspectives.
We solved challenges together, using teamwork to overcome tasks more efficiently.
The activities encouraged open communication and creativity within mixed groups.
Collaborating across cultures taught us flexibility, respect, and new ways of thinking.
We experienced daily life in Germany, discovering traditions, food, and the local environment.
By attending classes, we observed different teaching methods and compared them with our own.
Our hosts introduced us to their customs, making us feel welcome and included.
This cultural exchange helped us broaden our horizons and appreciate diversity.

This was an excellent, really interesting project that everyone enjoyed—especially the 3D printing and projecting—and we were excited about the great end results and would love to do it again.
